I make jewelry using the lost wax technique. I sculpt wax and send it to a foundry to be melted in metal : usually brass. Brass is a durable material that doesn’t rust. Like silver, it oxidizes with time, and will take a darker shade and an “ancient” feel, which can easily be cleaned.
